Big Trash Animals: Artist converts Junk Into Animals To tell Us About Pollution

This is Artur Bordalo’s (aka Bordalo II) variety of artwork that is designed to draw focus on the difficulties of waste production, materials that aren’t reused, pollution and its particular effect on our planet. These are problems that are likely to be forgotten, become trivial or come to be necessary evils.

the concept should depict nature itself, in cases like this – creatures out of materials that are responsible for its destruction. These works were constructed with end-of-life products: almost all found in wastelands, abandoned factories or simply arbitrarily. Some had been obtained from companies being going right on through a recycling procedure.

Damaged bumpers, burnt garbage cans, tires and appliances are just some of the things which can be identified when you are into detail. They have been camouflaging the result of our habits with some environmental and personal awareness. You’ll find past post of their sculpture here.
